Light Effects - Low Shutter-Speed Photography


This is my first low shutter speed photography. The brilliant light effects have inspired me to click and experiment more.

Mughlai Chicken - Its Yummy!!

Delicious Mughlai Chicken made by my wife.

Recipe - 


Ingredients
  • 1Kg Chicken Curry Pieces
  • 3 small fine crushed onions
  • 3 fine crushed tomatoes
  • 2Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1Tsp Red chili powder
  • 2Tsp cumin powder
  • 1Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2Tsp Everest chicken masala
  • 1Tsp Garam masala powder
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 Green chilies
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1Tbsp crushed peanuts
  • 1Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2Tsp Smooth butter for a taste
  • 1Tbsp crushed cashew nuts
  • Salt as per taste
  • Mint leaves as per taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

How to marinate chicken –
  • Marinate the chicken with ½ cup of yogurt, lemon juice, 1Tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 green chili, mint leaf paste, 1Tsp Everest chicken masala, 1Tsp cumin powder, salt as per taste, 1Tsp butter and keep it for 2-3 Hours
How to Cook –
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion paste, ginger garlic paste and cook till the onion turn to shallow brown in color.
  2. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, everest chicken masala powder and cook it for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the yogurt and crushed tomato and cook it for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the crushed cashew nuts and peanuts and stir the gravy for 15 minutes in low heat, add a little water so that the gravy does not stick to the pan.
  5. Add the half-cup milk in the gravy and cook it till the color changes to light brown in color.
  6. Now add the marinated chicken in the gravy with the remaining milk left in the cup and cook in a low heat for 20 minutes.
  7. The Mughlai Chicken is ready to be served, garish it with coriander leaves and smooth butter.

I Love My White House

I Love My Home - My White House

Am I interior designer or it’s just my affection to my White House. I recently renovated my house and painted it Royale White as the walls were new. I have always imagined of assorted make over giving a diversified form to my home.

Shall I call it my Living Room or Drawing Room?

My favourite theme is Hi-Tech Monochromatic interior design with a texture on one of the walls which will be mounted with Hi-Tech gadgets. The bright ceiling LED lights and the ceiling focussing lamps will add an extra light to give a photographic look. The bright coloured diwan sets will reflect the bright colours which will contribute to a fresh happy, cheerful, splendid conversation.

Here is the 1st thing which I would like to have for my bedroom –



Hi-Tech & Romantic Bedroom Design

I got married in January 2014 and romance is still in the air. I would like to give a Hi-Tech Romantic design to my bedroom. Colour is an anchor to me. With lively coloured walls mounted with the candid moments of my love will deepen an extra adoration in the room. The incandescent side lamps with, a vase of red roses and the king size bed with bed set. Lamb Mince Masala

Recipe

Ingredients - 
  • 600 Gms. Lamb Mince
  • 2 small size potatoes
  • 2 small size fine chopped onions
  • 3 fine chopped green chillies
  • 2 cinnamon (small size)
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 2-3 black cardamom
  • 1-2 bay leaves (small size)
  • 2-3 green cardamom
  • 3-4 garlic cloves fine chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger fine chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Refined oil
  • ½ Tsp. Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Meat Masala Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Kitchen King Powder
  • Salt as per taste

Method - 
  1. Boil lamb mince with potatoes in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes (2 whistles)
  2. On the side, heat the oil in middle sized pan.
  3. Add the cumin seeds along with chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chilli and sauté it until the onion changes to brown in color, add salt as per taste.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, meat masala, kitchen king powder and cook it for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Now add the boiled lamb mince and tomatoes; cook it for 10-15 minutes, in ow flame / induction.
  6. Take the pressure cooker and mix the lamb mince masala with small quantity of water and cook the mince for 15 minutes (2-3 whistles)
  7. Open the lid of the pressure cooker once the pressure is cooled down; soak the excess water from the mince by cooking in low flame / induction.
  8. The lamb mince masala is now ready to be served; garnish it with coriander leaves and the sliced green chilli.

Kotak Mahindra Bank has launched Jifi, a socio-integrated, tech-savvy banking.

Traditionally, banks focused more on products and their revenue generation models but now, have realized the transformational change from product driven to customer driven. A huge focus is now on Customer 1st in order to give the best services to the customers.
